Ancient Stories from India that Reveal the Spirit of Movement
What if exercise wasn’t something you had to force yourself to do…
but a path to awakening your strength, resilience, and soul?
In the West, exercise is often treated like punishment. Something we do to lose weight, change our bodies, or chase unrealistic ideals.
But in the ancient yogic traditions of India, movement was never meant to be torture in pursuit of being skinny.
It was meant to be a spiritual practice - A way to awaken the mind, strengthen the body, and connect to the deeper intelligence within us.
Myths of Asanas is a powerful new course by yoga teacher Brice Watson, inspired by the years he spent studying yoga in India and the profound stories behind the poses we practice today.
These poses were never just stretches. They were living metaphors for the human journey.
